On Wednesday evening, the spelling teams met to compete in the District Spelling Bee. The 5th and 6th grade team took second place and the 7th and 8th grade team came in first place. The 7th and 8th grade team will be competing in the Regional Spelling Bee, next. I will announce the time and place as soon as the hosting school is decided on.
